Who's That Girl?
LISA LANGFORD
With over 20 years of industry experience, Lisa (aka LadyB) is the driving force, vintage styling specialist, and creative vision behind LadyB Creative Academy.
Her diverse career spans elite session styling for television, film, fashion, and editorial campaigns, alongside running an intimate, and highly successful boutique salon-based hairdressing business.
The inspiration to launch the Academy came from a distinct lack of advanced, industry-level education in the South West. Lisa wanted to build a dedicated, inspiring space that steps away from standard, corporate training environments.
LadyB Creative Academy is her way of making high-value learning accessible, supportive, and entirely down to earth.
Whether she is leading a masterclass for seasoned pros or hosting a local community styling group, Lisa’s mission is to share her passion, elevate your confidence, and welcome you into a space completely free of judgement.

No more expensive, tiring London commutes just to access elite training. LadyB Creative Academy is bringing world-class expertise, everyday education, and pro training opportunities, to you here in the South West.
LadyB Creative Academy is a fresh, intimate training hub designed for industry professionals and non-professionals alike.
We are stepping away from expected, corporate education to focus on high-value, supportive learning that is affordable and entirely non-judgemental. To ensure you get the dedicated attention you deserve, our group sessions are kept deliberately small, with a maximum of 15 to 20 students for Look and Learn masterclasses, and just 8 to 10 for hands-on training.
From professional paths like "On Set Success" and "Fall into Freelance," and one2one personal hair and makeup lessons, to friendly community sessions like our Dads and Daughters styling groups, we have a seat waiting for you.

As a specialist in vintage and historical hair and makeup artistry, Lisa brings over 20 years of industry experience to the set. From detailed styling for film and television to sharp, creative hair + makeup for high-fashion editorial campaigns and commercial advertising.
We understand the rhythm of a busy set and the importance of collaborative, reliable professionalism. Whether you are building a period-correct character look or a modern avant-garde campaign, we bring premium artistry, efficiency, and seamless execution to your production.

THE STUDIO
Alongside our industry training and session work, the LadyB studio is a welcoming, creative home from home for our dedicated salon clients.
Specialising in creative cutting, vivid colour transformations, hair extensions and bespoke vintage styling, we focus entirely on intimate, one2one appointments so you get our full, undivided attention.
This boutique space is proudly child and neurodivergent-friendly, offering a calm, comfortable environment where you can completely relax while we bring your hair goals to life.
